Coconut Pecan Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 cup evaporated milk

  • 1 cup white sugar

  • 3 large egg yolks

  • ½ cup unsalted butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 ½ cups flaked coconut

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Description
