Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup white sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ teaspoon almond extract

  • 2 cups heavy cream

Description

  1. Gather all ingredients.

  2. Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract in the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix with the whisk attachment on medium speed until smooth.

  3. With the mixer on, slowly pour in heavy cream.

  4. Stop and scrape the bottom of the bowl occasionally. Continue whipping until cream reaches a stiff peak.

  5. Use to decorate cakes or cupcakes. Enjoy!
