One Minute Chocolate Icing
Make chocolate frosting without powdered sugar with this boiled fudge-like icing. Spread icing on a completely cooled cake.
Ingredients

1 cup white sugar

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ cup milk

¼ cup butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Description

Combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, butter, and vanilla in a saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly; cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Beat icing with an electric mixer until mixture cools and thickens to spreading consistency, about 3 minutes.
